ADVERSE REACTION
1.Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation, jaundice, abnormal liver function, drug-induced hepatitis, cholecystitis, etc.

Warning
1.This product should not be used as the first choice for the treatment of hypertension.
2.Pay attention to the dosage: each tablet of this product contains Clonidine Hydrochloride 0.03mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 5mg, Rutin 20mg. When combined with drugs containing the above ingredients, the dosage of the same components in each drug should be calculated separately to avoid overdose.
3.Prevent withdrawal reaction: When stopping this product, the dosage should be reduced slowly within 2-4 days to avoid withdrawal reaction of the component of this product, clonidine hydrochloride. Discontinuation of the drug after combined use with β-blockers can increase the withdrawal response of clonidine hydrochloride. If it has been combined with β-blockers, β-blockers should be stopped first, and then hydrochloric acid should be stopped. Clonidine. Sequential administration with β-blockers should be avoided because it may cause or aggravate the withdrawal reaction of clonidine hydrochloride.

5.Avoid cross-allergic reactions: The components of this product have cross-allergic reactions with sulfa drugs, furosemide, bumetanide, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, etc.
6.This product may cause hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypercalcemia, hypochlorine alkalosis, hypochlorine hypokalemia alkalosis, and cause impaired glucose tolerance, increased blood sugar, and hyperuricemia. DRUG INTERACTION
This product contains three chemical ingredients of clonidine hydrochloride, hydrochlorothiazide and rutin, and two traditional Chinese medicine ingredients of wild chrysanthemum ointment powder and nacre powder. When combining drugs, attention should be paid to the possible drug interactions between the drug and each component of this product. .
1.Interaction with hydrochlorothiazide (1) Adrenal cortex hormones, adrenocorticotropic hormone, estrogen, and amphotericin B (intravenous medication) can reduce the diuretic effect of hydrochlorothiazide, leading to electrolyte disorders, especially hypokalemia. . (2) Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesics, especially indomethacin, can reduce the diuretic effect of hydrochlorothiazide, which is related to the former's inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. (3) Combined with sympathomimetic amine drugs, the diuretic effect is weakened. (4) Cholestyramine (cholestyramine) can reduce the absorption of hydrochlorothiazide from the gastrointestinal tract, so this medicine should be taken 1 hour before or 4 hours after oral cholestyramine. (5) When combined with dopamine, the diuretic effect is strengthened. (6) When combined with other antihypertensive drugs, the antihypertensive effect is strengthened. (8) The weakening of the anticoagulant effect is mainly due to the decrease in the body's plasma volume after diuresis and the increase in blood coagulation factor levels. 2 Interaction with clonidine hydrochloride (1) Combining with central nervous system depressants such as ethanol, barbiturates or sedatives can strengthen the central depressive effect. (2) Combination with other antihypertensive drugs can enhance the antihypertensive effect. (3) If the drug is stopped after combined use with a blocker, it can increase the withdrawal response of clonidine, so it is advisable to stop the blocker first, and then stop the clonidine. (4) Combine with tricyclic antidepressants to weaken the antihypertensive effect of clonidine. Clonidine must be increased.
